The Sanhuan Group has established a new company that includes semiconductor-related businesses.

According to the QiChaCha App, recently, Honghe Sanhuan Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing of discrete semiconductor devices, manufacturing of specialized equipment for semiconductor devices, sales of discrete semiconductor devices, manufacturing of semiconductor lighting devices, battery manufacturing, etc. Equity penetration data from QiChaCha shows that the company is wholly owned by Sanhuan Group.
