The US court dismissed the lawsuit filed by social media company X against brands like Lego and Mars for "illegal boycott."

On March 26, local time, Judge Jane Boyle of the United States Federal District Court dismissed a lawsuit. Musk's social media company X accused an advertising industry alliance composed of brands such as CVS Health, Lego, Colgate-Palmolive, and Mars of "illegally boycotting" it in the lawsuit. X filed a lawsuit against a group of brands in 2024, alleging that these companies and the advertising industry organization World Federation of Advertisers were "violating anti-trust laws" and conspiring to collectively withdraw billions of dollars' worth of advertising from the platform due to concerns about X's content and safety standards. Last year, X added more brands as defendants, including Nestle and Shell.
