China Property Insurance announced its annual report for 2025 on the 26th, showing a net profit of 40.377 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.5%; a return on net assets of 14.7%, up 1.7 percentage points year-on-year; a net cash flow from operating activities of 43.048 billion yuan, up 18.1% year-on-year. The company achieved original insurance premium income of 555.777 billion yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 3.3%, accounting for 31.6% of the property insurance market share; insurance service income of 511.594 billion yuan, up 5.4% year-on-year. It realized underwriting profit of 12.535 billion yuan, up 119.4% year-on-year; and a comprehensive cost ratio of 97.5%, an optimization of 1.3 percentage points year-on-year.
