Rui Feng Bank announced that its operating income in 2025 was 4.408 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.53%. Net profit was 1.987 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.22%. It plans to use a total share capital of 1.962 billion shares as of December 31, 2025 as the base, distributing cash dividends of 2.1 yuan per 10 shares, without issuing bonus shares or converting capital reserve into shares.
