Huaneng International Power announced that in 2025, the group's total electricity generation amounted to 262.27 billion kilowatt-hours, a decrease of approximately 7.15% compared to the same period last year after retroactive adjustment; the total electricity sold to the grid was 246.45 billion kilowatt-hours, a decrease of about 7.09% compared to the same period last year after retroactive adjustment. In 2025, the group's operating income was approximately RMB 126.01 billion, a decrease of 10.95% compared to the same period last year after retroactive adjustment. The net profit attributable to the shareholders of the parent company was approximately RMB 6.07 billion in 2025, an increase of 1.39% compared to the same period last year after retroactive adjustment. The group achieved basic earnings per share of approximately RMB 0.49 in 2025. The Board of Directors recommends distributing an annual cash dividend of RMB 0.23 per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, which includes a mid-year dividend already paid of RMB 0.09 per share in 2025.
