Yunda Holdings announced that recently, its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Luo Jiesi, pledged 56.3 million shares to China International Finance Securities Co., Ltd., accounting for 3.69% of its holdings and 1.94% of the total share capital of the company, to repay debts; on the same day, 16.7 million shares were released from the pledge, accounting for 1.10% of its holdings and 0.58% of the total share capital of the company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Shanghai Luo Jiesi and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 253 million shares, accounting for 15.13% of its holdings and 8.74% of the total share capital of the company, with no risk of liquidation or forced transfer at present.
