The General Administration of Market Supervision held the first Enterprise Fair Competition Forum of 2026.

On March 26, the State Administration for Market Regulation held the first enterprise fair competition symposium of 2026, focusing on the theme of "regulating enterprise competition behavior and building a healthy competitive ecology for enterprises going global". The meeting involved in-depth exchanges with leaders from companies such as China Minmetals Corporation, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited, BYD Co. Ltd., Chery Automobile, Didi Chuxing, Meituan, etc., to listen to their opinions and suggestions. Meng Yang, a member of the Party group and deputy director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Meng Yang introduced the work carried out by the Administration in safeguarding fair market competition and supporting enterprises in cultivating new competitive advantages. He emphasized that the Administration will resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, strengthen anti-monopoly supervision and law enforcement, enhance guidance for enterprise compliance, deeply rectify "zero-sum game" competition, deepen institutional openness in the field of competition, and provide greater support for enterprises to explore international markets and achieve high-quality development. Wang Tiehan, Director General of the Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the Administration, and relevant leaders and officials from departments and units attended the meeting.
