Jiangxi Copper Industry announced that it plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.6 yuan per share by the end of 2025, in addition to the previously implemented 0.4 yuan per share in the first half of the year. The cumulative dividend per share for 2025 will be 1 yuan. Based on 34.52 billion shares, the proposed cash dividend for this period is 2.071 billion yuan, accounting for 29.05% of the net profit for 2025. The total planned dividend for 2025 is 3.452 billion yuan, accounting for 48.42%. The proposal has been approved by the board of directors and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting.
