Blue Sky Gas announced that as of the date of the announcement, the controlling shareholder Blue Sky Group holds 320,442,340 shares of the company, accounting for 44.84% of the total share capital. Among these, 42,800,000 shares are frozen, accounting for 13.36% of its holdings and 5.99% of the total share capital; and 4,280,000 shares are pending to be frozen, accounting for 1.34% of its holdings and 0.60% of the total share capital. Blue Sky Group and the concerted action person Li Xinhua together hold 367,202,340 shares, accounting for 51.38% of the total share capital. A total of 109,378,471 shares are frozen, accounting for 29.79%, and a total of 249,302,039 shares are pending to be frozen, accounting for 67.89%. The freezing and pending freezing of shares in this case stem from a financial loan contract dispute lawsuit. The case has not yet been heard, and the controlling shareholder is actively responding to the lawsuit.
