The Ministry of Commerce held its regular press conference on March 26th. The spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce, Gao Feng, stated in response to questions regarding Sino-Japanese economic relations that China adheres to a high level of openness to the outside world, committed to creating a market-oriented, rule-of-law-based, and international first-class business environment. The latest survey from the China-Japan Chamber of Commerce shows that the overall operating conditions of Japanese companies in China are improving, with high satisfaction with the business environment in China, and they will continue to deepen their presence in the Chinese market. A stable and healthy economic and trade relationship between China and Japan is in the common interest of the two peoples. We once again urge the Japanese side to earnestly reflect on and correct their mistakes, creating conditions for normal economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
