On March 26, Zhang Zhitong, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Agriculture and Rural Committee, stated at a press conference of the Shanghai Municipal Government that leading agricultural science and technology enterprises are the main force in breaking through key core technologies and developing new productive forces in agriculture. This year, special policy documents will be researched and developed to support the development of agricultural science and technology enterprises, with a focus on enterprise needs and strengthening the leading role of enterprises in innovation.
