According to the Jilin Provincial Government's announcement, on March 26, Hu Yuting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, presided over a special meeting on the establishment of the Industrial Technology Innovation Group. He emphasized the need to quickly advance the reform of the research and design institutes in the province's industrial sector, accelerate the construction of design research and development, outcome transformation, and pilot production platforms, focus on industrial needs, integrate dispersed forces, promote the industrialization of industrial design research, vigorously develop productive service industries, effectively solve the problem of "achieving results before transformation", promote deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation. The meeting reviewed the reform of the Provincial Petrochemical Institute and the establishment of new enterprises, clarified the functions and organizational structure of the enterprises, solved key problems, and arranged for next steps.
