According to the Qi Cha Cha app, Shanghai Yunsai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with Xu Gang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes big data services, data processing services, data processing and storage support services, digital technology services, artificial intelligence public data platforms, among others. According to the equity penetration displayed on Qi Cha Cha, the company is fully owned by Shanghai Yidian Co., Ltd.
