Video platform explicitly lists 8 types of financial content blacklisted, including publicly recommending stocks, maliciously disparaging, and NFTs.
The "Convention for the Financial Industry" published on the WeChat video account clearly states that the platform encourages creators to publish neutral, professional, and verifiable financial knowledge, and explicitly prohibits the following eight types of content: publicly recommending stocks, promising profits, maliciously disparaging, violating services, forging endorsements, address content homogenization, NFT and other high-risk projects, and video traffic diversion. For videos that violate the regulations, the platform will take measures including but not limited to limiting video flow, deleting videos, canceling account certification, and banning accounts based on the severity of the violation.
