Jiahe Food announced that the "Industrial Project Development Framework Agreement" signed with the Management Committee of Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone is only a framework and tentative agreement, and does not have mandatory binding force. The agreement stipulates a total investment of approximately 1 billion yuan, and the specific investment scale and amount will be determined by subsequent feasibility studies. The funds are planned to be used from the company's own or self-raised funds, and as of September 30, 2025, the company's monetary funds amount to 362 million yuan. The project capacity will be built in batches, with a total expected period of 2-3 years.
