Quzhou Dongfeng: Shareholders did not reduce their holdings in the company's shares and terminated the reduction plan in advance

Quzhou Dongfeng announced on March 25th that the concerted actors of Hong Kong Dongfeng Investment Group Co., Ltd., one of the major shareholders with a stake of over 5%, including Huang Xiaojia, Chen Yujian, Zeng Qingming, and Zeng Qingtong, originally planned to reduce their total shareholding in the company by no more than 15.5978 million shares. The company received notices from Huang Xiaojia, Chen Yujian, Zeng Qingming, and Zeng Qingtong on March 25th, and as of that day, none of them had reduced their shareholding in the company. Based on their firm confidence in the company's future development and high recognition of its investment value, they have decided to terminate the plan to reduce their holdings ahead of schedule.
