Kingsoft Cloud: Lei Jun resigns as non-executive director due to other work arrangements.

Jinshan Cloud announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Lei Jun has resigned as a non-executive director due to other work arrangements, effective from March 25th. After Lei Jun's resignation as non-executive director, he will no longer serve as chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, or member of the board compensation committee. The board announced that Vice Chairman Zou Tao has been appointed as chairman and chairman of the nomination committee, and Qu Heng has been appointed as a non-executive director, nomination committee member, and compensation committee member.
