Haibo Heavy Engineering: Controlling shareholder Zhang Haibo has reduced his shareholding percentage to 49.86%

Hai Bo Heavy Industries announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhang Haibo, will reduce his holdings by 886,100 shares through centralized bidding and 533,700 shares through block trading from February 10 to March 24, 2026. The combined shareholding percentage of him and other acting in concert parties will decrease from 50.57% to 49.86%, and the total shareholding percentage excluding repurchase accounts will drop from 50.71% to 50.00%. This equity change will trigger a change of 5% integer multiples; the previously disclosed plans to reduce holdings by 3,990,000 shares through block trading and 1,990,000 shares through centralized bidding have not yet been fully implemented.
