Gansu Nenghua announced that the construction project construction contract dispute cases involving the wholly-owned subsidiaries Gansu Jingmei Energy Co., Ltd. and Jingyuan Coal Industry Group Liuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. were ruled by the People's Court of Baiyin District, Baiyin City, Gansu Province to reject all the claims of China Chemical Engineering Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. Case acceptance fees and preservation fees are borne by China Chemical Engineering Fourth Construction.
