Since the beginning of this year, the Shanghai Public Security Bureau has relied on the new police operation mode of "professional + mechanism + big data", strengthened the comprehensive governance of the online ecosystem, and targeted the situation of online rumor-mongering "keyboard harming enterprises". Through precise measures and targeted efforts, a special action for cracking down on rumors involving enterprises has been launched, creating a clear and orderly online environment for businesses to operate and develop peace of mind. As of now, the police have investigated 50 cases of enterprise-related online rumors, dealt with 69 people according to law, and cleared more than 4600 pieces of enterprise-related online rumor information. 270 unauthorized accounts have been banned or suspended.
