Since 2026, compared with the same period last year, the overall pace of land supply by local governments has slowed down. The land transfer strategy continues to follow the direction of "reducing quantity and improving quality," with high-quality land plots in core cities still maintaining relatively high premium levels. In February, the Tianhe Racecourse in Guangzhou went through 243 rounds of bidding over 9 hours, with a total price of 23.6 billion yuan and a premium rate of 26.6%, setting a new record for residential floor prices in Guangzhou. In Hangzhou, the SC080201-27 plot in the Chengdong Xincheng area of Shangcheng District was bid up to a premium rate of 51%.
