Chinese companies achieve mass production of high-yield ultra-high voltage silicon carbide chips.

Recently, Hefei Anhai Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced that its self-developed 6.5kV/40m and 10kV/130m series of silicon carbide MOSFET chips passed the on-site witness test of Zhejiang University School of Electrical Engineering and the product quality inspection center of the High-Frequency Field-Control Power Device and Device of the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Both products have achieved mass production, with a yield rate exceeding 80%, marking a milestone for Chinese companies in the field of ultra-high voltage silicon carbide, reaching a world-leading level.
