Shanghai Municipality and the National Social Security Fund Council signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Chen Jining and Gong Zheng met with the Chairman of the Social Security Fund Council, Liu Kun.

Today, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement between Shanghai and the National Social Security Fund Council and the unveiling ceremony of the Guotou Technology Innovation Fund were held in Shanghai. Chen Jinong, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, met with Liu Kun, Chairman of the Social Security Fund Council. Gong Zheng, Liu Kun, Fu Gangfeng, Chairman of the China Development and Investment Group, Zhang Jinliang, Chairman of Construction Bank, and Ren Deqi, Chairman of the Bank of Communications, jointly unveiled the Guotou Technology Innovation Fund.
