Dong Wei Semiconductor: Intends to acquire 53.09% of the equity of Hui Neng Tai Semiconductor Company for 408 million yuan.

On March 24th, Dongwei Semiconductor announced that it plans to acquire 53.09% of the equity of Shenzhen Huiten Tai Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. held by its shareholder for 408 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Huiten Tai Semiconductor will become a subsidiary of the company and be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. After the completion of the above transaction, the company plans to acquire the remaining 5.32% stake in Huiten Tai Semiconductor held by other state-owned shareholders through a public delisting process. There is uncertainty as to whether the acquisition of the above-mentioned equity can be successful. Huiten Tai Semiconductor is mainly engaged in the definition, development, and commercialization of high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, including the USB Type-C ecosystem and digital energy. Its main product lines include intelligent fast charging and digital energy products. On the same day, Dongwei Semiconductor also announced plans to acquire the land use rights of a plot in Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province through public auction, for the construction of the company's "Research and Production Headquarters Base Construction Project." This project aims to create a company headquarters base integrating research and development, office, and warehousing, deepen business layout around the semiconductor industry chain, and establish a product display platform and cutting-edge laboratory. The total investment in the project is not more than 320 million yuan.
