Evergrande High-tech announced that, according to the company's strategic development plan, in order to further support the business development of its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Baole Interactive Technology Co., Ltd., optimize its capital structure, reduce its asset-liability ratio, enhance its autonomous financing ability and risk resistance ability, and strengthen its business competitiveness, the company plans to increase its capital in Baole Interactive by 50 million yuan with its own funds. After this capital increase is completed, Baole Interactive will still be the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its registered capital will be changed from 30 million yuan to 80 million yuan.
