S&P Oil & Gas ETF CCB Trust: Suspended from trading from market open on March 25th until 10:30 due to premium risk.

The announcement of China Asset Management on the S&P Oil & Gas ETF stated that recently, the secondary market trading price of the fund was significantly higher than the net asset value of the fund shares, and the premium was quite large. In order to protect the interests of fund shareholders, the fund will be suspended from trading from the market open on March 25, 2026 until 10:30, and resume trading at 10:30. Redemption transactions will proceed as usual during the suspension period. If the premium does not effectively decrease on the day, the fund reserves the right to take measures such as temporary suspension of trading during the session or extending the suspension time. Currently, the fund is operating normally and there is no undisclosed significant information that should be disclosed.
