Guoji Precision Machinery announced that the "Cooperation Agreement" signed between its holding subsidiary Zhengzhou Sanmo Superhard Materials Co., Ltd. and Zhengzhou Tianjian Juchuang Technology Co., Ltd. has been terminated on March 24, 2026 due to the parties' failure to reach consensus on initial design and budget. After the termination of the agreement, Tianjian Juchuang will continue to advance the project construction, while Sanmo Superhard will actively seek other suitable factories to ensure production and operation site needs. The signing of this termination agreement will not have a significant impact on the company's financial condition and operating results for the current year.
