Data shows that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, market supervision departments focused on key areas such as platform economy, public utilities, and pharmaceuticals, and lawfully investigated and dealt with 369 cases of monopoly agreements, abuse of market dominance, and illegal business concentration cases, with a total fine of 27.359 billion yuan; concluded 3,667 cases of business concentration, approved 19 cases with additional restrictive conditions, prohibited 2 cases, and supervised the execution of conditional cases in 63 cases; concluded 290 cases of abuse of administrative power to eliminate or restrict competition.
