National Elderly University Construction Promotion Meeting and Silver Economy School Establishment Activity Held

Recently, the National Elderly University Construction Work Promotion Conference and the establishment of the Silver Hair Economy Institute were held in Beijing. Xu Qingsen, member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Education and Vice Minister, attended the event and delivered a speech. The conference pointed out that the National Elderly University, established three years ago, has achieved significant results. Continuously enriching educational forms and content, vigorously promoting the co-construction and sharing of course resources, promoting the construction and strengthening of full-time and part-time teacher teams, actively exploring intelligent learning support services, comprehensively improving the educational capabilities and levels, and providing strong support for the development of an education power, a learning society, and a learning country. During the event, the establishment of the Silver Hair Economy Institute at the National Elderly University was announced, and the national public service platform for elderly education "Healthy Aging Learning and Travel" was launched simultaneously.
