Yunnan Lancang lead ore collapse accident resulted in the deaths of 3 people.

The joint work team of Lancang County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province issued a report on the 23rd, stating that at 19:30 on March 19th, a roof accident occurred in the 1793 section of the old factory lead mine of Yunnan Lancang Lead Mine Co., Ltd., resulting in 3 people missing. After full-scale search and rescue, as of 23:50 on March 22nd, the 3 missing persons have been found, and medical personnel have confirmed that they have no signs of life. The report stated that after the accident, the province, city, and county quickly organized forces from multiple departments to conduct emergency rescue operations 24 hours a day. At present, the on-site rescue work has ended, and follow-up disposal work is being carried out in an orderly manner. The accident investigation work has been fully launched and accountability will be strictly enforced in accordance with the law and regulations.
