Shuangliang Energy announced that the company and its controlling shareholder, Shuangliang Group, received a "Notice of Administrative Penalty Notification" issued by the Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on March 22. After investigation, the company and Shuangliang Group were found to have published misleading information on overseas orders related to SpaceX on their WeChat official account, failing to accurately disclose key information such as the order amount, non-exclusive indirect supplier identity of Space X, and business uncertainty, constituting misleading statements. The Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission plans to impose a fine of 4 million RMB on the company and Shuangliang Group each, and a fine of 2.5 million RMB each on the Corporate Secretary Yang Likang and the General Manager of Shuangliang Group's Brand and Public Relations Department, Lu Jie.
