There is huge investment space in areas such as urban renewal, traditional infrastructure upgrading, and new infrastructure construction. A plan will be formulated and implemented to increase the income of urban and rural residents, promoting a significant increase in the consumption rate among residents. It is important to combine investment in physical infrastructure and human resources, strengthen human resource development and comprehensive investment in human development, so that the growth potential of the large economy can be fully unleashed.
