Cuba suffers another nationwide power outage.

On March 21st local time, the Cuban Electricity Union announced that at 18:38, the national power system was completely disconnected. The Cuban Ministry of Energy and Mines also subsequently announced that the restoration of power supply work had begun, but did not provide the reason for the blackout. This major power outage occurred less than a week after the nationwide blackout on March 16th.
