Da Bei Nong announced that the original controlling shareholder, Shao Genhuo, passed away on February 3, 2026, holding 928 million shares of the company before his death. According to the notarized certificate, half of these shares are inherited by his spouse Mo Yun and his minor daughter Shao's shared inheritance. Through the division of marital property and inheritance arrangement, Mo Yun inherits 696 million shares, and Shao inherits 232 million shares. As Shao is a minor, her voting rights corresponding to the shares are exercised by Mo Yun, who now collectively controls a voting rights proportion of 21.58%. After this equity change, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller have changed to Mo Yun.
