China Coal Energy: Vice President Zhang Guoxiu Resigns for Personal Reasons.

China Coal Energy announced on March 20th that the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from Vice President Zhang Guoxiu. Zhang Guoxiu applied to resign from his position as Vice President of the company due to personal reasons, and he will no longer hold any positions in the company after the resignation. The resignation will take effect from the date of its delivery to the Board of Directors of the company.
