The registered capital is 300 million RMB, and the business scope includes battery manufacturing, battery sales, research and development of new energy technologies, and operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Shareholder information shows that the company is fully owned by Xindra Power Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xindra.
