Lanzhi Corporation announced that its overseas holding subsidiary, Akabang Co., Ltd., has released its annual performance report for 2025. After adjustments, the revenue for 2025 was 954 million yuan, a decrease of 0.23% compared to the previous year; operating profit was 77.7646 million yuan, a decrease of 2.53%; total profit was 80.1654 million yuan, an increase of 3.09%; and net profit was 56.2243 million yuan, an increase of 7.94%. The slight decline in revenue and decrease in operating profit were influenced by exchange rate fluctuations, while the increase in total profit was due to an increase in non-operating income. The growth in net profit was a result of changes in the income tax rate and deferred income tax confirmation adjustments.
