The South African Navy's frigate "Amatola" completed its visit and exchange activities on the afternoon of the 20th and departed from a military port in Shanghai. This visit is the second time that a South African Navy ship has visited China since 2008. Since its arrival on March 15, the Chinese and South African navies have organized ship tours, professional and technical exchanges, and cultural exchanges. After leaving port, the "Amatola" will form a formation with the Chinese Navy's ship "Fuyang" to conduct joint maritime exercises.
