India imposes anti-dumping final ruling on polyether polyols originating from or imported from China and Thailand.
According to the China Trade Remedies Information Network, on March 17, 2026, the Department of Commerce and Industry of India issued a notice, making a positive final ruling on the anti-dumping investigation of polyether polyols with a molecular weight of 3000-4000 originating from or imported from China and Thailand. It recommended imposing anti-dumping duties on the products involved from the above-mentioned countries, with a validity period of 5 years. The details of the duties are as follows: For Chinese producer Wanhua Chemical Group, the duty is set at $207 per ton, for other Chinese producers it is $318 per ton, for Thai producer Dow Chemical Thailand Limited it is $72 per ton, and for other Thai producers it is $141 per ton. This case concerns products under Indian customs codes 39072910 and 39072990.
