Yao Laiying is appointed as the Secretary of the Party Committee of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration.

On the morning of March 20th, relevant officials from the Central Organization Department attended a meeting of the leadership of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, announcing the Central decision: Comrade Yao Laiying is appointed as the Secretary of the Party Committee of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, and Comrade Zhang Jianmin is relieved from the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.
