The meeting emphasized the importance of promoting stable growth of the industrial economy, focusing on key industries and regions, coordinating supply and demand, implementing policies to promote domestic demand such as "dual circulation" and "dual innovation", creating new demand through high-quality supply, and further facilitating domestic circulation. It also emphasized diversifying exports and stabilizing industrial exports. It is necessary to accelerate the improvement of industrial scientific and technological innovation capabilities, strengthen scenario traction, promote the promotion and application of new products, build emerging pillar industries such as integrated circuits, aerospace, biomedicine, and low-altitude economy, and nurture future industries such as quantum technology, embodied intelligence, brain-computer interfaces, and 6G. It is important to continue to rectify "overlapping" competition, encourage enterprises to invest more resources in research and development innovation, quality improvement, strengthen monitoring and early warning of production capacity of key products.
