Alliance: TSMC raises prices for advanced processes, orders seen through 2027

Research organization Alliance Technology released the latest wafer foundry industry research report yesterday. With the advanced process in short supply, TSMC and Samsung have confirmed price adjustments for wafer foundry services below 5 nanometers. TSMC has increased prices for wafer foundry services below 5/4 nanometers starting from 2026 due to extended order visibility until 2027, and further price adjustments are not ruled out.
