The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong has set a "red line" on the number of active projects that a sponsor representative can simultaneously promote. After multiple confirmations, regulation has clearly stipulated that a signatory sponsor representative should not be involved in more than 6 active projects at the same time. Investment bank professionals have confirmed that the number of projects concurrently handled by sponsor representatives has tightened to 5. This move directly targets the disorder of some sponsor representatives holding multiple positions. According to the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, by the end of last year, the most active personnel in a certain sponsorship institution were simultaneously involved in 19 projects.
