From March 16-18, the 12th meeting of the Joint Committee of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and the second round of offline negotiations on the negative list of trade in services under the China-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement were held in Wellington, New Zealand. Participants of the RCEP discussed topics such as continuing the comprehensive and effective implementation of the agreement, accelerating the expansion of the agreement, improving RCEP mechanism construction, and conducting a comprehensive review of the agreement. In the negotiation of the negative list of trade in services under the China-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on the text of the services trade chapter and the negative list, making positive progress.
