Chunxing Precision Engineering: Holding subsidiary files lawsuit, involving amount of 12.0354 million yuan.

Chunxing Precision Engineering announced that its holding subsidiary Xianyou County Yuansheng Zhihui Technology Co., Ltd. has filed a lawsuit against Shenzhen Haoyun Niao Industrial Co., Ltd. for a lease contract dispute with the Xianyou County People's Court, and the case has been accepted. Yuansheng Zhihui requested the defendant to immediately pay the arrears of rent of 12.0354 million yuan and the breach of contract penalty of 4.1681 million yuan as of the date of the lawsuit, and bear all the costs of this case.
