The Chinese giant Huai'an ignites a 3.9 billion-meter electronic fabric production line annually.

The annual production of 100,000 tons electronic grade glass fiber and 390 million meters electronic cloth production line of China Jushi Huai'an Company was successfully ignited recently. The production capacity of this production line accounts for 9% of the global market, making it the world's largest electronic grade glass fiber single production line, marking a new phase in the construction of the world's first zero-carbon intelligent glass fiber manufacturing base. It is understood that the ignited production line is an important part of the world's first zero-carbon intelligent glass fiber manufacturing base, which will provide high-end electronic information materials for emerging industries such as consumer electronics, 5G communication, and industrial control, and solidify the material foundation for the construction of the country's new information infrastructure. The second phase wind power project, which is complementary to it, has an annual electricity output of about 12.4 billion kilowatt-hours, which can neutralize about 1 million tons of carbon emissions, achieve 100% green electricity coverage for glass fiber production, and contribute a "Chinese solution" to the green and sustainable development of the global glass fiber industry. As a leading enterprise in the global glass fiber industry, China Jushi currently holds a market share of 23% in the global electronic grade glass fiber market. The production line ignited this time integrates the company's independently developed high-performance glass formulation, super-large tank furnace, intelligent manufacturing and other advanced technologies, with 100% independent intellectual property rights. After being put into operation, the electronic grade glass fiber production capacity of China Jushi will be further increased, accounting for approximately 28% of the global market.
