Honda will expand motorcycle manufacturing capacity in India.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd. will add a third production line to its second factory located in Rajasthan, increasing the annual production capacity of the factory to 2.01 million units by 2028. The company will invest 15 billion rupees to acquire adjacent land for the construction of the third production line at the second factory. Additionally, they plan to increase the capacity of other factories, raising the overall production capacity from the current 6.25 million units to 8 million units by 2028.
