Market analyst Inzamam Rashid stated that on average, about 138 to 140 ships pass through the Strait of Hormuz each day. However, since the start of this latest conflict, this number has decreased significantly to only a few ships per day. According to the latest data from the Associated Press, only about 90 ships have passed through the waterway in the past two and a half weeks, with the majority of them being Iranian vessels.
