Artificial intelligence security startup Xbow valued at over $1 billion USD

Xbow is a startup company that builds artificial intelligence software to detect application security vulnerabilities. The company has completed a new round of financing, with a valuation exceeding $1 billion, demonstrating investors' enthusiasm for using artificial intelligence in the field of network security. Xbow announced on Wednesday that DFG Growth and Northzone led the $120 million financing deal. Other participating investors include Alkeon Capital and Sofina, as well as existing investors Sequoia Capital, Altimeter Capital, and NFDG. The startup currently has around 150 employees, and expects the number of employees to reach several hundred by the end of the year. Xbow CEO De Morel stated that the company already has over 100 clients, including Moderna and Samsung Electronics, and has seen strong demand in South Korea.
