Shanghai International Energy Exchange: Implementing restricted opening supervision measures for some customers.

On March 18th, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange issued an announcement regarding the implementation of restricted opening measures on certain clients. On March 18th, 2026, a group of accounts under actual control exceeded the trading volume limit on relevant contracts, reaching the handling standard of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange within the same trading day. The trading behavior of the above-mentioned clients violated Article 16 of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange's Rules for Managing Abnormal Trading Behavior. Therefore, the Shanghai Energy Exchange has decided to implement restricted opening measures on these clients in the corresponding contracts.
